Since 2003, Annie has been able to count on her daughter Cathy to help run the family business.
Today, A la Rose d’Or welcomes customers to its expanded and renovated store to offer advice on the most important milestones in their lives, from birthdays to weddings and baptisms. The team consists of Annie, the wedding specialist; Cathy, the floral design expert; and Renaud, who knows everything there is to know about preserved flowers.
The shop’s greatest strength is its well-known and highly regarded expertise in flowers. All bouquets are arranged using fresh, seasonal flowers, in the purest tradition of French floristry. That doesn’t mean the team shies away from originality and extravagance in their arrangements, though!
Most of the flowers available in the store are locally grown, and when that’s not possible, they come from France. Annie, Cathy, and Renaud place a special emphasis on environmental responsibility. You’ll also find a selection of candles and fragrances, all made in France.
Finally, when you step into A la Rose d’Or, you’re greeted by a warm, family-like atmosphere where friendliness reigns. As Cathy herself says, most of her customers have gone on to become friends!
