Welcome to Chataigner Fleurs, a floral gem nestled in the heart of downtown Angers, in a warm, family-friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Founded in the 1970s by Jean Chataigner, the shop has flourished over the decades, bearing the name of its founder. Lydie Hoffmann, a former apprentice who went on to become the owner, passed the torch to Magali and Carole, her talented apprentices who have now become business partners. Thus, the passion continues to flourish with each generation, filling our history with enchanting scents.
At Chataigner Fleurs, a dynamic duo orchestrates the magic of flowers. Magali, a mother and entrepreneur, brings 14 years of dedication to the business, while Carole, a certified florist, enriches the shop with her 8 years of experience. Passionate about flowers since childhood, our partners breathe life into the shop with their delicate expertise. Magali celebrates the magic of Christmas with a love of glitter, while Carole, who adores spring, celebrates French flowers with infectious passion.
Our shop exudes authenticity and warmth. It’s filled with rare flowers and exotic plants, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Chataigner Fleurs embraces a rustic, natural style, always favoring French designs. Each season is a new adventure, a challenge we take on with dedication, sourcing our supplies locally to offer unique creations.
Chataigner Fleurs does more than just beautify our shop. We also bring the magic of flowers right to your doorstep in the three most popular towns: Angers, Avrillé, and Beaucouzé.
