In the heart of the highly sought-after Marais neighborhood in Paris’s 4th arrondissement lies a flower shop we highly recommend you visit: Guillaume Dellesse. Surrounded by famous landmarks such as City Hall, Rue de Rivoli, and the Georges Pompidou Center, the shop is located in one of the capital’s most prominent neighborhoods.
Guillaume became a florist for the most wonderful reason of all: out of a love for flowers and plants—and, above all, to share that love! After completing his training, he set up shop in one of the most prestigious locations in French floral art—the former boutique of Lambert Bayard, an unparalleled florist and founder of the Paris School of Florists, established in 1898. Guillaume took the reins in 2021 to infuse a touch of modernity into an already rich floral tradition.
With the support of Clément—who previously worked at René Veyrat—the two master florists have cultivated a fruitful partnership that gives rise to the wildest bouquet ideas.

The shop itself is a place worth discovering in a neighborhood that’s already home to many treasures: with its tropical plants, it resembles a jungle lost in the middle of the city, elegantly cultivated within a marble setting.
