The Taris House near Nantes

Les Jolies Choses is a family business:
, the mother of Laure and Jean-Jacques, opened the shop in 1962 and thus founded Maison Taris. Today, they carry on the tradition and keep this craftsmanship—honed over more than 50 years—alive out of a love for flowers and a passion for plants.
Always seeking innovation, attuned to new trends, and guided by the creativity that drives them. The shop is located in Couëron, on Boulevard de la Libération, just a few minutes from downtown Nantes.

A wide variety of flowers

The true value of Taris lies in the wide variety of flowers available in the shop, which allows for a rich array of possibilities in their arrangements—all of which share a strong common identity: the bouquets are not conventional, but a pure reflection of emotions.
The shop also offers tasteful products to complement the bouquets, including a range of decorative items and planters.
Finally, Les Jolies Choses specializes in event planning, with a proven track record in decorating private and urban events, regular collaborations with local businesses, and wedding floral arrangements in departments 44, 85, and 49.

Every season has its own flowers

Each season reveals its treasures, and some are particular favorites at Les Jolies Choses—such as the peony, the queen of Mother’s Day bouquets; wallflowers and tuberoses, for their enchanting scents; and all our organic flowers grown in Mayenne.
Focusing on seasonal flowers and plants, the bouquets are accented with foliage gathered during our walks, which helps enhance the unique character of your bouquet.

Caring for Your Flowers

When you buy high-quality flowers, you need to take good care of them!
Some helpful tips:
First, prepare your vase by making sure it holds enough water to keep your flowers well-hydrated.
Then trim the stems by about 2 cm. Just as an apple oxidizes when cut in half, a flower protects itself when exposed to the air and therefore closes up very quickly.
Remember to change the water every 2 days and give the stems a light trim to refresh them.

Have custom bouquets delivered to you!

Les Jolies Choses delivers from Tuesday through Sunday in the towns of Couëron, Saint-Herblain, and Nantes. Whether it’s to your home or office, have your order delivered wherever you’d like! During times of grief, the shop can arrange for flowers to be delivered to the crematorium.

Delivery is made the same day if the order is placed before 10 a.m.; otherwise, your order will be delivered the next day.
